We try our best to make sure that all information on our website, including descriptions of our products and listed prices are accurate at all times. However, if we do make a mistake we’ll try to resolve it as soon as possible, and if we spot that an error has affected your order we’ll do our best to let you know.

Regarding that our products have been doing by talented artists, they may differ from a masterpiece to another by acceptable differences, as they are handmade crafts and each one has been done by various artists’ tastes.
Occasionally availability and delivery timescales of products is subject to change. If this happens you will be informed of the changes. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen.
All dates quoted for dispatch and delivery are estimated dates only and may be subject to change. Therefore, please only take our dispatch and delivery dates as a guideline only. If a definite dispatch/delivery date is required, this must be sent to us before ordering your products.
Our priority is always to ensure the delivery is handled in a professional and safe manner to a high standard.
Down payment 60% is required before arrangements for the manufacture or supply of the Products. The 40% remaining balance is to be paid on delivery. (By: Cash payment, money transfer, or cheque, debit and credit card)
Full payment is required before arrangements for the manufacture or supply of the Products.
The client is submitted to pay the 3% transaction fees and 14% additional taxes.

Many of our products are large and/or delicate, therefore, require specialist care and handling. Our priority is to ensure your product(s) arrive on time and safe. You will be contacted once your order is ready to be dispatched and informing you of the expected delivery date and time.
All products will be delivered on doors at the place mentioned in the contract, and placed in your space.
Shipping fees will be submitted to the client upon delivery.
Before accepting your product please thoroughly check inside the product beforehand at the point of signing. Once products are accepted we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever.
If products are out of stock then you will be advised as soon as we receive your order, and you will obviously have the right to cancel with a full refund. Otherwise, your product can be put on back to order and we will advise you of the expected date of dispatch.
In case our product is listed incorrectly due to technical error as error in pricing or specifications, Yashmak shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed incorrectly. If you had already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Yashmak shall issue a complete refund.
Colors may differ from real to the pictures of the products on the website by acceptable differences.
We reserve the right to remove any products from this Website at any time and/or change any materials or content on this Website.
We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason for removing any product from this Website whether or not that product has been sold; removed or edited any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
We understand sometimes delay happens. However, we are unable to store customers’ products for more than 5 days from the date of receipt, unless previously agreed and approved in writing at the point of ordering.
If Yashmak is required to store customers’ products without prior written approval; a request should be made depending on Yashmak approval. The cost for storage will be quoted on an individual basis and added to the final invoice amount to be paid before products are dispatched. If Yashmak is unable to satisfy the customer’s request, the customer will have 5 days to receive the products or lose all rights to the products and value of all payments made to Yashmak.
Products can be stored maximum 1 month from the delivery date.
