We offer Free Returns or Exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order if the order is defected or not applicable to the specified order. In this case the client has 2 options, accept repairing or exchange the product. Otherwise get a Refund in case products are in their original condition without any defects.
Feel free to remove the packaging and try out your products, don’t worry we accept returns without the original packaging.

– These products are made according to special specifications (material, size, etc.) and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged or refunded.

- Choose the method you want to execute your return.
- You will be refunded after we receive the product

- Refund in the same method of payment may take 14 – 21 business days
- Refund to Store Credit may take 1 – 5 business days
- Exchange with products in stock take 1-2 business days after we receive the product, your account will be credited the full value, then proceed with a new order
- Transaction fees are submitted to the client
- Shipping fees/ delivery fees are non-refundable
- Defective or damaged products are limited to repair or replacement.
